You are free to use OptimizeImg for personal or commercial purposes. However, you agree not to use the service to:

  • Process illegal or harmful content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights (although we cannot see your images, you are responsible for them).
  • Attempt to damage, disrupt, or reverse engineer our infrastructure, code, or services.
  • Automate site usage via abusive bots or scripts that degrade the service for other users.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Your Images: You retain all rights and ownership of the images you process. We do not claim any rights over them nor do we store them.
  • Our Software: The interface, design, source code, and OptimizeImg brand are the exclusive property of their creators and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptimizeImg and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Any data loss or file corruption that may occur during processing (we recommend always keeping backups of your original images).
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
  • Errors, interruptions, or security breaches on the user's network or device.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

These terms generally are governed by the laws of the site owners' jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
